copy the msconfig that comes with Win98 or XP and place it in your C:\WINNT directory.

eeck! At least the mandrake community are fairly techno savvy people who tend to read up on things like OS updates and so forth. .net mag does have good web coding tutorials at times. some mags, like SACM etc., does have some programming snippets from time to time but i don´t think you can come up with a hardcore prog. mag. in SA (not quite sure overseas) the main reason though IMO is demand since almost all the relevant stuf...
