Wazzup Recon, ur idea is definitely a good one but not for these 2 forums, these guys are just aboot ready 2 kill each other if they had the chance 2. Neway mayB one day ur dream will come true and Blacks & Whites will live 2gether.... wait a minute thats Nelson Mandela> Muhahaha Muhahaha Muhahaha
 
 Humor(and Sex, but dats another story), dats da only thing that can save us at this point in tym, we need to start laughing at how stupid this flaming saga has been & what a stupid thing it started over.... Some might argue that its the principle of the situation but whoever those ppl are should just go and suck off a whorse(Ali G hehehe).
 
 For now i think we should just avoid this topic like the plague, don´t even bother mentioning it as its only gonna <a href="mailto:****">****</a> up the forum, as for the PM guys yoll are quite welcome here in most ppl´s opinion as we also use ur forum!

 I totally agree with you that the flaming started on this side - it´s my main complaint about some of the rubbish that gets posted here. Too many people jump in and flame people just to stir - maybe it inflates their small egos? Also, sometimes people misread a post and put the wrong interpretation on it.
 
 Planetmars is a good site and I had a lot of fun there last year. Each website has its own character and style and both are there to be enjoyed.
 
 So, let´s hope that E3 will be more regularly moderated so that the flaming can be nipped in the bud.

Wow. All this sparked off from a small, misplaced comment by Madgic, leaked over from the last heated thread involving PCF and PlanetMars forum users.
 
 Arguing to the contrary of an accusation that´s supposedly unfounded seems somewhat silly to my mind since the very accusation was that of flaming. I mean, what´s the point of flaming after being accused of being on a forum of flamers? Hehe.
 
 Even if there´s a shred of truth to all of the allegations being leveled at the PlanetMars users, so what? We´re stupid. We flame. We possess no humour. Et cetera. An on-line persona affords you the quality of freedom in terms of how you allow other people to interact with you or how you yourself interact with them. If you can´t handle or don´t like what another person has to say about you, either ignore them or reinvent yourself (your on-line self, that is <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_wink.gif">
 
 OnlyOneKenobi: I think the primary reason you got the brunt of angry counter-accusations leveled at you for your ".. stupid admins .." comment was because there was a sense of "wtf"? You were on the PlanetMars forums, a situation came about, the situation was seemingly resolved and then you disappeared only to resurface here (well, you´ve probably been here for a while, I just haven´t looked though this forum in ages) with your comment.
 
 I think a lot of people over-reacted for no particular reason. OnlyOneKenobi has an opinion. Good for him. Your opinion might differ. Good for you. Arguing and flaming is only going to reinforce said opinions.
 
 I´d like to appeal to the PlanetMars people who registered on this forum for the express reason to defend/flame to please refrain from further mud-slinging. If what is said about the grass being greener on the other side is true, people on here chucking manure over the fence at us will just make it greener. x()

Alright I´ve had it up to here with this topic that keeps on being brought up. My comment was taken out of context in the July layout thread. The "stupid" comment came up when Snowmonkey mentioned that we needed more moderators here. I said that we shouldn´t have TOO MANY or the same thing could happen here that happened there - mods weren´t agreeing on what was SPAM and what wasn´t. Also notice the word "those" and not "the", implying that I had spesific people in mind. Some mods also weren´t following the rules of their own board. It wasn´t so much a flame as it was a hypothetical comparison as what were to happen if this site was to get too many moderators.
 
 Maybe if I had started a threat intent only on flaming planet mars and their mods, this backlash would have been justified, but at the moment it´s not. I don´t appreciate 5 or 6 different people swearing at me and insulting me repeatedly for saying someone was stupid over two weeks ago... obviously I´d retort - what do you expect?
 
 O-Juice, I salute you for being one calm and rational person in the midst of this madness. I didn´t leave planet mars after the spamming incident - I still posted there for a while and then our web admins blocked the site so I can´t post there when I´m at work. I still can visit this site, and I actually registered here before I signed up there.
 
 Adelante - you seem to keep looking for trouble. I explained to you (repeatedly) that I never referred to you as stupid and yet you come back and flame me over and over again? What do you expect me to do? You only read what you want to and get angry because of your selective reading. Calm down for goodness sakes. You guys are wayyyy too sensitive.

okay - maybe i did overreact but i thought that madgic was saying that we are the ones coming here and causing the flaming so the guy was mad to suggest that flamers would be welcomed here to disturb the peace and we should all remain at planetmars so apologies to all concerned for my outburst - specially to madgic if that isnt what she meant <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_wink.gif">

Everyone is welcome here. If you don´t feel welcome here that´s unfortunate, but I don´t fully understand why. Anyway Naughty I´m glad you´ve calmed down. I never interpreted Madgic´s post as accusatory to planetmars in any way. Some people just read too much between the lines.

I´m only here thru .Net, so I think a solely PCF forum would be a bad idea. Plus, it´s not like there are all that many T3 or .Net readers on the forums anyway, it´s mainly PCF, and the topics that get posted to are 90% PCF related stuff. Hey, my 2c <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_smile.gif">

 Tamsin went overseas on a business trip - check out the latest PCF CD for a short video of her trip.
 
 I went to France to visit family and friends who kindly took me to the French GP. then I had work to do in the UK and was rewarded with a freeby to the British Grand Prix. <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_cool.gif">
