Programming Mags

Post by Kronos »

Does ne1 know of any SA Programming mags?(The type where they give usefull tips and stuff) All the mags in the shops are published overseas and therefore very expensive (R80+ for a 50 page mag), and then the quality is not even up to standard. they are all soft matt paper just above the newspaper grade(No glossy cover like PCF). I wouldnt mind paying the 30 odd rand for one if the content is worth it, But R80????? Does ne1 have the same problem? <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_confused.gif">

.net mag does have good web coding tutorials at times. some mags, like SACM etc., does have some programming snippets from time to time but i don´t think you can come up with a hardcore prog. mag. in SA (not quite sure overseas) the main reason though IMO is demand since almost all the relevant stuffs and tutorials are already out in the web.
