Guys, simple question...
How do i get the msconfig screen in 2000 pro?
I have tried going start -> run -> msconfig , but no dice!
I'm doing it from a local admin account so permission should not be an issue, it just tells me the application does not exist.

copy the msconfig that comes with Win98 or XP and place it in your C:\WINNT directory.

It's just to see your system information, right?
use the winmsd command instead.

well before this thing turns out to be another ipconfig vs winipcfg debacle, i'd better rest my case.

Just a quick thought...
Why did they not include it in 2000?
Cause they brought it back for XP.......
