Well my Dad is running an AV app on his PC and sometimes I use it to scan my PC over the network and I still don't get any viruses. My father on the other hand gets them quite often.

That's the RAM on the Card alright. Had the same prob with my Historic S3 card. Luckily the card had memory slots so I just replaced the faulty chips with some spare chips I got of another S3 my friend gave me.It worked fine after that.
