Internet Explorer 7 problems

Im having trouble with internet explorer 7.When I try to type in an address it opens up *@$# load of tabs and I cant stop it for a while.Even in task manager.After a while it shows the block to close all tabs then it closes down and a screen pops up saying C++ Buffer something(can't exactly rem)

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Sounds like some sort of adware/spyware/malware/virus issue dude
Have you run any checks on your PC?

Install Spybot & Ad-Aware, see if it comes up with anything. Try Firefox, see if it says the same thing. You'll get loads more replies if you posted this up in the software thread :wink: Just a word of advise for next time

Thanks guys.Seems like a virus.Al sorts of things are happening to my pc now.Formating my drive at the moment and re-installing XP.Damn virus coders.I hate them!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best way to solve a lot of things :lol:
Take a serious look at getting Firefox, its a lot more secure than IE!!

sounds like a virus my dad had once. Also grab Spybot: Search and Destroy, it's free and does an AWESOME job.
