msn Toolbar (beta)

Post by Garret »

Is anyone using this tool yet.

It's basically a front-end to the indexing service (which has been around since windows 2000) as well as configuring it correctly as well.

The main reason - that I think - people don't use the indexing service is because it can be quite difficult to setup properly and maintain.

basically this tool does it for you.

installed last night and indexed my whole machine (including email and attatchments) - took about 45 min, as well as indexing for about 2 min on startup while waiting for the service to start.

all I can say is AWESOME

have been using the google desktop that indexes one's machine too, garret
"Integrity" and "integer" both contain a Latin root meaning "whole; complete." The root sense, then, is that people may be said to be acting with integrity when their beliefs, words, and actions have a sense of unity or wholeness.
