Free ME2 if you bought DA2

Post by StarBound »

Guys just letting you all know that if you were one of those that havent bought Mass Effect 2 yet but bought the PC version of Dragon Age 2 you can now claim a free Mass Effect 2 until 30 April with a Cerberus Network code that gives you access to the release DLC of the game.

...the downside is I bought ME2 EA classic today so it didnt help me :( But my cerberus key was missing so ended up getting it that way.

Log into your Dragon Age 2, Connect to your bioware account and in the bottom lefthand corner they will give you the link in a news announcement. So for all those missing out now is your chance to get it.

Sigh rusty...

It actually does make sence from a marketing point of view again. You give away the base game that isnt selling as much anymore and then make $60 of w/e off the missing dlc. And Lair of the Shadow Broker and Project overlord are 2 of the best dlc the game has. My brother classifies it as:

Lair of the shadow broker
Kasumi stolen memories
Project overlord

I think getting ME2 was the best part of DA2 :P

Although I didnt get into Bulder's Gate I am missing those types of games. I'd usually play it midway and then stop but it was never a let down experience while some games these days I feel like I'm not getting my monies worth. ...could also be that most stuff I got back then were pirated and only the handful that really interested me ended up on the shelf.
