Pakistan’s Telecommunications Authority (PTA) yesterday ordered local Internet service providers to block access to Facebook as a result of the ‘Everybody Draw Mohammed Day’ online movement. Pakistan’s government followed this up today by also ordering access to YouTube be blocked, apparently because of sacrilegious content hosted on the website
