How to create VPN with Windows 7?

Hey all,

I need some help. I want to find out how to host a VPN in Windows 7.
I know how to do it in Vista, but Windows 7 is very different (network and sharing centre) and there is no allow incoming connections under file...

Soo, perhaps one of you guys could help me out?
