Successful and Unsuccessful Layouts

Hi guys,

If someone could just help me here. What I need to find is 3 successful and 3 unsuccessful layouts in flash design. I need these 3 layouts each, and then I need to have 5 reasons for each layout explaining why it is good or bad.

I then also need 2 suggestions for each layout on how one might improve the unsuccessful ones.

Reason I'm asking this here, is because I have no idea what to even START looking for in a successful or unsuccessful layout.
