Post by gekoring »

Anyone know if gamehunt.co.za is legit?

Their prices are insanely low? 8O Anyone ever bought a game from them? How was their service?

The fact that they don't do online games (MMORPG's and the sort) leads me to believe they are illegal. If they dealt in MMORPGs then it would lead to them having to hand out keys, which you need legal keys in order to do

All of the games there are R120.

Seriously, Assassin's Creed for R120? The only ways it will cost that much is if it's either stolen, fell off the back of the truck, or (you guessed it) pirated.

If you look under terms, you will see this in the first paragraph:
This online personals service is a way for adults to meet each other (the "Service"). The Service is provided by the owner of this web domain.
I didn't go and study law or anything, but this doesn't sound like the terms for a online shop... Or am I just being a noob?

Anybody thought that they might be buying and selling 2nd hand games? I'm not saying they are doing this but isn't it a possibility?

I know one of the local pc stores here do this, they buy games back from you, of course not at full price and sell them again. (cheaper than new)

No shop offering legal games would have a technical support number.
