Vista sp1 rtm

Post by Interfan »

For guys who want the rtm. Both x86 and x64 for download. And no this isn't an illegal site. As the disclaimer says if MS wants them to take down the links they will but this has been up for two days and MS hasn't so I guess it's ok with them.

Busy downloading now. Server is slow but it's better than having to wait till march.

Read the comments at the bottom of the page, it is not the real RTM.

It does not even have DX10.1 included... First sign it is FAKEZORZ!!

Will give feedback when my download is finished. It's taking a bit of time. Still 2:45 hours to go.

Ok. got it downloaded and installed finally. This is definitely the rtm. For instance at your system properties screen under your windows version is listed service pack 1. There's no watermark on the desktop anymore shows this to be an evaluation copy like with the beta's.

On dx 10.1 it's part of it but it doesn't show in dxdiag you have to look inside the registry and the system 32 folder then you will find files to confirm it.

Going to test it now. Going to have to purchase some extra bandwith this month because of me this. I hope it was worth it.
