Push it to the max but make sure that you keep it cool!

I'm thinking of building something like this 4 my pc

Air Duck Kit

it will be running from my side fan to the CPU -

Will this make a difference in temp ?

It depends on the room temp. If the room is air conditioned, then something like that would definatley help.

A better option would be to cut a blow hole on top of the case and build a airduct that fits into two cdrom bays.

I still believe if you want better performace upgrade your components. My CPU runs at 38C (3Ghz Intel Pentium 4) and it has no problem with doing anything. Graphics card I can maybe still understand
