Well you got the fastest time so you choose the track and car.
Just make sure it's a car thats readily available and not hugely expensive ;)

The other guys are always pretty quiet over the weekends

SH:!:T soz dude....... keep forgeting :P

Pheonix..........

Please answer this..................

Are we driving like we would drive the car around in real-life???

I know for a FACT! that to get less than 4'36.500, u MUST be cutting some corners........E.G. Farming!

If thats the case, its possible to do a 4'28.000.......I TESTED!!!!

So ya, Pheonix, is jy a boer??? ("The Ring" is the ultimate test of your skill........no wall riding or cutting corners  )

i'm definately getting sand on my tyres on the last two chicanes of the lap. The outside two tyres are always clipping the dirt as i go thru both those corners.

This track is definately open to abuse tho.
Moz, did you get that x'28 by going straight thru the chicanes on the long straight (i thought there were barriers to stop that?) as well as straight thru the end two chincanes?

and yes i agree that the 'ring is definately a track where cheating is pretty much not possible. Altho as i'm typing this there may be a a chicane or two that you could go straight on thru.
Suzuka is also a track were there are no real places to gain advantage thru farming etc..

Mozz, remember the week I joined in?
I KNOW that getting 2 seconds off my time was impossible without modifying gears, etc. Hence I stopped playing....

Why don't we make it from now on, that you can upgrade as much as you want, hence the best guy will find the best setup and drive the best, and the pics will prove the time. What do you say?

Like if we gonna play the ring this saturday, that would be the perfect track...

Maybe a Mazda RX7

@ Pheonix: I won't tune you anymore, aslong as you don't try justify your times with out proof....... :D

Cool, so from Saturday, we doing the ring in a RX7 fully modded?

Why not the Audi A8? I'm sure everybody has won it already, and fully modded it...

??? HOW???
Okay, in one of the Endurance races... I think in one of the first two. If you haven't yet completed endurance hall, then I'll post which race if you need it.... I only have 36%, 12million and all the uber cars...

The problem with modding the car is that it costs big dollar to fully tune any car up.
You're looking at 200-350k per car depending on what it is. That's starting to get a bit to expensive for just a week of time trials.

Moz: I won an R8 after doing the Sarhe Circuit 24hr.
But you can buy one if you're feeling rich, Germany -> Audi -> Legendary cars -> they're 4 500 000 Cr :(

Thanks Screeper...
But the reason I reckoned one of the endurance cars, is because most people have already souped up a car to its maximum for those races.
If we find one that we have all modded, it will be fine.

Personally, I modded every uber-car in the game, when I was doing those performance tests earlier this year.

Also, I know some okes cheat... :?
Not pointing fingers, I just want to play when I know I can trust everybody. I know you okes feel the same. And if we play with cheap cars (like we sometimes do) then upgrades aren;t that expensive...

What car would you recomend for the Le Sarthe 24hr???

Its a REAL pity there isn't a more secure way of doing timetrials....
Coz the first 3 or 4 weeks i had real fun.......its dwindled slightly

anyway, Maybe we could start FIA GT-R timetrials.... I love that game :P
