Thanks guys :D Here's my conky config, still figuring out how to get it to recognise both cpu cores though :? Will fiddle with it after Varsity tomorrow.

No space for icons lately... since i never use them and use the desktop when i work with stuff before dumping them in a folder on the drive...

O.k the app for reading CPU usage ? since it looks like the one is for single core and the other for dual core.. :-)

Yeah. The first one only reads one core, but make a small change and it'll read both :)

Hmm setting music videos as your wallpaper.\??

yes you can do this with windows Media center edition.

Play the DVD in media center hit the windows icon on your keyboard, and the DVD gets pushed into the wallpaper! lol :lol: double click the desktop then media center returns to normal.

The DVD I am playing here is Sandra

The movie runs like a moving wallpaper ... it plays... wiered

Dont know, never tried it :-/ i only used VLC to play videos that are stuffed up or cannot be open by other programs.
