Sorry Vice \roy its @ the back of the case.... Must have miss communicated that one.

Anyway I think i might have found the problem. I just removed the block for the 7th time to see if it was seated properly . Then suddenly out pops this bubble .... Glomp . Temps are now 45C under load in orthos ( peak
@ 47 ) and 35 in everest's stability test. Seems ok to me . What you think ? Currently got 1.5v into the cpu ?

Edit

Scrap that ... still running high

Ok, so . I have tried everything that could have possibly been wrong. My loops are now perfect. Zero bends . I swapped the fans around to pull cold air from the back of the case. And switched the pipes running from thje radiator in the hopes that it could actually make a difference. Reseated the cooling CPU block and made sure everything is perfect. My conclusion is that the Zalman 9700le is more efficient that the water. Atleast in my situation.

Everest has three CPU temps measurements. CPU Core 1 CPU Core 2 and CPU.
Cpu is high but the core temps are 42C.
