Anyway I think i might have found the problem. I just removed the block for the 7th time to see if it was seated properly . Then suddenly out pops this bubble .... Glomp . Temps are now 45C under load in orthos ( peak
@ 47 ) and 35 in everest's stability test. Seems ok to me . What you think ? Currently got 1.5v into the cpu ?

Ok, so . I have tried everything that could have possibly been wrong. My loops are now perfect. Zero bends . I swapped the fans around to pull cold air from the back of the case. And switched the pipes running from thje radiator in the hopes that it could actually make a difference. Reseated the cooling CPU block and made sure everything is perfect. My conclusion is that the Zalman 9700le is more efficient that the water. Atleast in my situation.
