Browsers
I'm sure most of us are Firefox fans, although I switch between IE7, Firefox, Opera and now..... Safari! Apple have released Safari for Windows, check it out at http://www.apple.com.
We should be able to add polls to topics, but what is your favourite browser? It must be runnable on Windows XP, Vista or Linux, so please don't say Netscape Version 1!

Although there is a duplicate thread for this already...
I use a couple of browsers:
In order of being the best to worst
1.Firefox
2.Opera
3.Slimbrowser
4.Safari (This is not as fast as they claim too, and I have already submitted about 20 bugs to them on some of my favorite sites)

99.IE

I must say, Divadoff www.divadoff.org is the best browser I used so far.

I have been a firefox fan for a while now but
recently i noticed that firefox is a bit slower than IE 7 and Opera.
Both browsing and downloading even on some of those sites where you test your net speed firefox is slower.
Yes i have the newest version and yes i did re-install it. I told this to my friend and he says that he noticed this as well.

Safari for Windows Debug Menu
Yup.. plus there is this:OMW Safari is useless
http://hohle.net/scrap_post.php?post=221
If you're a web developer, Safari's Debug Menu is a necessity. Fortunately for those of us stuck in Windows, Safari's Debug menu is still available, however, it appears you have to get your hands dirty to enable it.
On a Mac, you'd open a Terminal and type:
defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeDebugMenu 1
As far as I can tell, Windows doesn't have Apple's defaults utility, but plists, where the preferences are stored, and the Debug menu is enabled are just plain text XML files. To enable the Debug menu in Safari for Windows, add the following key, value pair to c:\Documents and Settings\your username\Application Data\Apple Computer\Safari\Preferences.plist
<key>IncludeDebugMenu</key>
<true/>
Before the closing </dict> element and restart Safari.
It seems a little more spartan than Safari for Mac's debug menu, but at least it includes a JavaScript console and User Agent switching.

I got IE7, firefox and safari. Tried opera... hated it.
As for speed safari is quick but the whole look of things just isnt... right. I use firefox mostly as i find IE unstable and the download times between IE and firefox arent all that noticable to me. And besides you can get all the little add-ons you like for firefox
So for now at least it is firefox V.2 all the way

I LOVE Opera and doubt I will change for a while!

I use IE7 occasionally sometimes. IE7 actually isnt too bad IMO.
I wanted to try Space Time 3D but it didnt open on Vista. Ill try it in XP l83r on.

I'm sometimes forced to use 6 since neither FF or Opera will render a page properly on spesific site.

My only problem with Firefox is that my back and forward buttons don't work with it. Anyone have a hack? And how about Mobile Browsers? I've tried IE Mobile, Opera Mobile and Nokia's browser. Must say I actually like IE Mobile and Nokia's browser. Used to be a big fan of Opera Mobile, but it's not free anymore.

Opera for S60 on phone is kickass!! Then id say Netfront after that. I HATE the standard Nokia browser and Opera mini is rather useless!!
