what do you do on your pc?

Do you play games only, or do heavy processing of mathematical equations, or rendering etc?

The more info given, the more helpful ppls advice will be.,

For eg, upgrading to an E6600 C2D would not really make excel run faster than on your current PC.

Also, do you plan to Overclock?

True. I don't plan to overclock. I generally do the following:

Programming
Mathematical Analysis and other things to this effect
Word processing (reports etc - i.e. a lot of this)
Internet
Movies
Games on the very rare occasion - i.e. every 3 - 4 months
Listening to music

I'll jump on the wagon and agree to the above, why upgrade if there's no need to do so. Save the money for something else. :)

You could do that.

or buy the G15 keyboard and G5 mouse. "money well spent"

or if you need a new look, then you could get a new case

Thanks for the advice, but as I said I don't need a new screen. Is the Logitech keyboard and mouse the best out there, and not necessarily for gaming purposes? What about the Logitech DiNovo Edge?

Only thing is on the very rare occassion it gets all jumpy and starts becoming unresponsive... anybody with a similar issue? Its laser is clean and it returns to normal after a while. Wondering whether to return for a swap.

Also I suppose this is hardware... I'm looking for a swap - I have an i-mate smartflip and I'm willing to swap for a new anything, but it must have 3G, GPRS and JAVA MIDP2.
Swap for HABU :P
