Is you work environment creative?
Does your employer realize the importance of a creative environment? The impact this has on the general mood and productivity of the staff.

I think it also helps that we have company lunches each time we launch a new product or have a success. Really helps with the team building and creates a nice vibe cos pretty much the entire company get on like we're friends
