Small company looking for a part time/ater hours programmer

Hi Folks
A small company I used to work for is in urgent need of someone to help them with their web databases. They are not having a great time with their current programmer who is pretty much holding them to ranson (their whole business relies on the net database). They are looking for someone to work on it part time or after hours...or whenever they can.
