Hello.
There is a East rand lnux user group called elug. It is a mailing list. So you can email a problem and get a reply back from a couple of people. you can also ask on the list for a distro sonone will have it and they will copy it for you and all you do is go and pick it up and replace the blank cd's. It's a very nice mailing list you also can go to meetings ot set up a meeting. If you having trouble with your distro you can take your pc with to the meeting and they will help you. So if you are living in the eastrand like Edenvale, benoni and those other places i recomond joining. The website is www.elug.co.za.

Are any of these ever held at UWC (that's where I'm based). I don't lus to have to travel to UCT.

A friend of mine used to go to glug I think, Gauteng Linux Users Group.

He said it's a good way to learn Linux :)
