first of all im not Cameron but i´ll give my opinion regarding your query taking into consideration that you´re using IE. essentially i dont think that the browser message has something to do with Flash but it would be worth downloading an updated Flash Player. the main culprit to me though, if im not mistaken, is that you dont have Microsoft VM installed into your machine or you didnt downloaded it prior July 10. before that it was an IOD for IE but because of Sun´s suing MSFT for copyright infringement (w/c MSFT always do anyway) it was stop... fortunately you can get it anyway through Windows XP Service Pack 1.

I made an error in my message..... It is Java that I keep getting asked if I want to download. I am aware that Windows XP Service Pack but it is quite a large download, that is why I thought it may have been on one of Dotnet´s CD´s. Thanks anyway once again.
