It's not plastic, it's silicon. plastic is a nonconductor, silico is a semi-conductor.
try radioshack, they got all the stuff

Um, no. a PCB is made from Plastic (Polyeuthorane mostly), a chip contains silicon inside it. I should know i'm studing about the stuff.

The PCB is the physical board, it's normaly green, but you can find them in all sorts of colours, blue, red, black, brown, i've even seen a white one.

oh, your talking about the circuit board, my bad.i apologise, my mistake. If someone wants one of those they should check out an industrial plant or something.
what exactly are you studying?

Off-The-Chart if it is a simple layout you can make your own with the right equipment of course and not for a multi layer pcb.

Most electronic shops sell pieces of pcb that you can draw your tracks(paths) on with a black marker then dip it in a acid sulotion which will eat all the coppr of the bcb exept the ones you drawn. Then you take a small drill and make the holes where you want your components or wires to be placed.

Or, you could also use a proto board, this doesn't require any soldering or acid :D

It is a bit untidy, but hey, it's easier then learning how to do a pcb design
