I still want a beta but if I get it now it will be the worst timing in the world. Just like Call of Duty doing double xp weekend on the battlefield 3 launch weekend.

The baddy this time around doesn't look so bad as as the original Diablo. The only scarry creatures were some monstrously big creature found in the latter part of clip.

Hmm I think the "baddy" looks pretty mean...but then again he hasn't got the black soulstone yet? What happens when he does...and yes, gief collectors edition!

What I expect from Collectors Edition content:
- game on disc (because after all you buy it for the game firstly )
- Artbook
- Making of movies, trivia, trailers, interviews
- Music cd

The rest is just a bonus and in Diablo 3s case getting the previous games on flash disc and made to look like a soulstone is a bonus. Just too bad they don't include Diablo 1.

Only Blizzard CE I have been slightly disappointed in was the SC2 one with the box having been lower standard.

This is NOT an official date yet but Diablo 3 is aimed for 1 Feb release. I doubt it can be since Blizzard hasn't confirmed yet. But here is a link if you want to get your hopes up.

I have a gift voucher for Kalahari and want to use it to buy Diablo 3...now my question is...will it be delivered on the day of it being released?...I don't want to use the voucher, then wait a day or two for delivery, where as I could have gone to buy it at the store instead...

OMG!!! can't figure if the changes are cool or not

thought the Cauldron and Cube were a nice addition, but now you have like an unlimited "Town Portal" to just hop back and forth.

Changes = Simplified. I kept on reading "To hard to implement into the console version, so drop this and this and this. Change this and add this..."

Judging by the changes this will only be released next year sometime...

It was ready, just needed polish, and now a system redo.

Thats my thing, it was ready for release. Then the console news hit and now they need to do a system overhaul. Probably a mere coincidence but to me it seems the console dev's said "Hang on, we dont have enough buttons for X & Y so lets drop it?" hence the whole change. I wonder how long a whole system overhaul will take, another year?

The problem is the longer it takes the higher the expectation. If Diablo 3 doesn't get released this year then next year your going to expect them to have grass on the screen that shifts as you run over it... as the mobs run over it. Your going to expect footprints that are deepened with tesselation, your going to expect the game to be mind blowing.

Diablo 2 was good but it was less than what people expected. Hope it doesn't turn into a DNF.

I would have accepted it if they said they were implementing DX11 features into the engine but that would not fit with console build so not happening...
