Use the Windows search function to find it on the PC. Make sure to tell it to search for hidden and system files.

Delete the exe.

You say it deletes data from memory sticks - I have my doubts.

Open My Computer. Click Tools>Folder Options>View

Select "Show hidden files and folders"
Untick "Hide protected operating system files"

Go look at your memory stick- you should see your files and folders there, but faded out (because they're hidden). If you do, let me know. If you don't, let me know that too.

For future reference and prevention, do yourself a favour and download 'Autorun Eater' - works like a charm !

Hi there.. i have the same problem with the same virus and i use the AVG free 9.0 and also Panda Cloud anti virus.. Now, the Avg didn't detect this virus but Panda did. At first i wanted to delete a folder from my desktop but each time i tried, the message "you need permission to delete this file" appears., i didn't understand why it kept appearing because that particular folder was empty.. now after i've read your instructions on this matter i followed it and i was finally able to see the file., now my problem is that i can't seem to delete it., according to the file's properties, it is a suspicious program blocked by Panda..i opened Panda's "virus-vault" but i didn't find any blocked or quarantined files there.,i've tried everything i can think of to delete the file but to no avail., Any suggestions? :)

Yeah - dont ever run two anti virus packages on one computer....

On deleting the folder, boot into safe mode and try delete it from there

is it really that bad if i use two anti-virus packages on my Laptop? my classmate just suggested it and i thought i'd try it out and see for myself.,thanks for that advice! i've finally managed to delete the file :) by the way.,if i were to delete one of the anti-virus i use which would you suggest? Panda(which detected & quarantined the virus) or AVG? i'm kinda torn abt it coz my classmates say AVG is the best BUT it was not able to detect the sicilija.exe virus.,Thanks Again! :)

Haha no problem, AVG is honestly useless, ask really anyone with a little experience in security and dealing with malware..

I've used Panda once before, although I'm not hell bent on it, are you using paid for Panda package or is it a free trial?

This is a pretty decent free AV for ya

Otherwise personally I'd suggest Kaspersky Internet Security as a paid for AV system...

Others would suggest NOD32, but from the two, my preference is KIS :)
