From what I have seen, the mages need a bit of nerfing. My bro said he was in a 5 man hc last night with a mage pulling 17k dps!!! Meanwhile my brother feels that his pala has been nerfed really badly, he could not pull more than 5k dps.

I have been really stupid. My DK was a frost spec tank, and now I have to re-learn how to tank in blood spec.

The changes have not affected my hunter much. Biggest change I can see is that I will be taking Aimed shot out of the rotation and bringing Arcane into it.

Ye I'v seen arcane mages on youtube pulling 65k crits but only when they pull a 1button rotation of only stacking AB the whole time. And only then they get up to like 17k dps. Watched two other mages in icc doing 12k each with a druid hunter and rogue above them on the dps charts against saurfang. That is basically what I did pre-patch on him. But tbh I haven't played much since the patch came out so I will have to get stuck into it. Also the bugfix is already in effect so you shouldn't see that any more.

Sustained damage has been brought down on all classes and burst has been boosted. Guess this is because some ppl would go afk in a fight while just using auto attacks and get 4-6k dps. Still figuring out my hunter. Having to play the pet on a whole new level now.

I wonder if they fixed resto druids yet. Nature's Ward + Gift of the Earthmother makes it really difficult to kill one.

Just managed to pull 6k dps in a heroic as a BM hunter. Got a starter rotation but will need some fine tuning.

Last night I pulled 5.8k with my MM spec on a dummy. However, I was just mashing buttons not really paying attention to my rotation.I also had a lot of ARP gems that got converted to Crit gems, that I need to replace with AGI ones. My gs before the patch was 5.8k.

Thinking about it that could also be my issue. I never checked that my gems are still correct.

Hehe, no more arp gems :P

Oddly enough I managed to easily solo MC,ZG, HC sethekk halls and hc magisters terrance. Btw Anzu is now a spawned boss in Sethekk halls heroic. Someone said its a bug so you might want to run it a few days to see if you cant get the ravenlord mount while its a free for all.

Now that is what a dragon should be. Not these pansies they currently have in the game.

It's definitely not as awesome as the wrath of the lich king trailer but face it, wrath was the final chapter of warcraft 3. It started with Arthas and ended with him. Cataclysm really feels like a cheap shot to try and keep things going. While I love the changes the lag that the game now has makes it a horrible experience.

WantItAll.co.za also imports from the US.

Also, if you can live with a digital version, you will be able to buy a digital download from the Blizzard store or Battle.net.

Thx guys for the info. Yeah ill give wantitall.co.za a skip 'cause they are really over priced. Think i'll import it through Take2. A digital copy aint so bad. But a hard copy is much better. Any of you play on the Greymane-US realm?

Phase 1 of cataclysm has started. You can do the pre quest line from either orgrimmar or stormwind and if you destroy all 4 types of elemental rifts you get a feat of strength. You can only destroy the rifts in your lvl area so no lvl80s in westfall or the likes. They phase them out to appropriate level characters.

They don't phase it out. I think you just don't get the buff if your character level is too high. I saw the rifts in Darkshore last night with my lvl 62 priest.

I experienced this bug in Zul'Drak as well :(

So, who's taking a couple of days leave when Cataclysm hits
