Got it yesterday!

Clocked to 870Mhz on the core and 1325Mhz on the memory, with the stock cooler! No stability issues yet and the card seems to run cool.

Dammit this card is teh win.

im looking at the following setup
but im not sure which card to go for
ATI or NVIDIA

I have an MSI N9800GT 1G,which I want to put in my son's PC(his 8600 is faulty).I would like to try an ATI card for myself now.I can afford the 4890 or the 5770 or anything else in there price range about R2000 - R2500 max.
System;MSI P45T-C51,INTEL core 2 quad 2.66Ghz,4Gb ram,XP pro,450w power,Raptor case.

4890 is still a bit faster. . .I'm sure you can clock the 5770 to its speeds.Only reason to get the 5770 is dx 11.

As it looks now, the 5770 might make up the difference in DX11 titles.

My new HIS 5870 and i7 920 are running crysis V.High 1920x1080P at min 22 ,ave 27.5,max 33 it looks really cool.(I know Isound like a bit of a chop)

I finished DL and installing 3D Mark Vantage then it just threw me out a Error, when i wanted to run the scan?? whatup, anyone know whats maybe up??

A person - Is your 920 running at stock speed? What speed is your memory running at and how much of it?
