We've already established that I am too addicted to WoW and keep track of CAD.
Doesnt that remind you of 3.0.3?

Does sound like it yeah. But I have to say the pre 3.2 pally stuff was nice. They nerfed some of the pally skills seriously.

Re: Wow players on this forum.
Well they are more than they ever were. Normal WoW a paladin was a warrior that cant do damage and a priest that cant heal. The sole purpose of paladins in Molten core was to decurse. In TBC they were the best healers and great tanks but still not as great as the warriors and druid. As for dps they still didnt get the gold award.
And before the launch of wrath with patch 3.0.3 ... it was like heaven had granted these poor souls some dignity. Although a devine storm, crusader strike, hammer of wrath, bubble, devine storm meant the end of 5 players in BGs things might have gotten a bit out of hand.

Re: Wow players on this forum.
Transfering my troll shammy to Argent Dawn and changing him to a female space goat. Also sending over my plate and other heirlooms.
However a friend of mine is transfering his hunter so I will wait and see what comes of it. If everything went thru without issues I will maybe do the same. The current cost for a transfer is R230 and the cost of faction change is R270.

Just make sure when you switch to europe that the server you play on is fluid in english. Twilights Hammer Is over run but greeks with a serious lack of english understanding.

Re: Wow players on this forum.
I am quite annoyed with the t9 and t9.5 hunter gear.
t7 - 8.5 Hunter gear looks freakin awesome, all spikes and sharp edges, the new stuff... TASSELS?? WTF BLIZZ???
Honestly, I have no motivation to get it, NONE!

Re: Wow players on this forum.
Tier 9 looks more like sunwell loot. Maybe its just an intervention until Icecrown citadel opens up and reveals T10. After all no one took AQ40s gear serious. But it was better than T2.
Btw I got my shammy converted from troll to space goat. Total cost just under R500 for the convertion and realm transfer.

I must admit that the price for faction change is quite steep but alot of people are still going to do it. Blizz really knows how to coin it.StarBound wrote:Tier 9 looks more like sunwell loot. On another note is any one having problems downloading the patch mine is stuck at 63%? All of a sudden it says no UPnP Device Found, in the blizz downloader log.

For those familiar with the Onyxia wipe animation, you may be pleased to know that with the revamp of the Onyxia encounter in patch 3.2.2, two of the achievements added are "More Dots!" and "Many Whelps! Handle It!".

Re: Wow players on this forum.
Just a heads up. The patch might be 65mb big but there is a HUGE demand for it. I downloaded this sucker at an average rate of 20kb and waiting on the final meg but its going slow.

Yea i had to wait a good 3 hours before it even started again had a low download rate too
Re: Wow players on this forum.
Just a tip:
Try some other patch mirrors. I always download the patch from 0DayPatch
it's usually available on patch day or the day before

It was whispers and now it finally happened. Your World of Warcraft account will now be bound to a battle.net account instead. The beginning of the end is near.

Re: Changing to Darkside... Battle.net account
To avoid a thread lock:
I probably dont need to say this but when you upgraded your TBC account to a wrath account it also told you that it would have been converted. All this is becoming is a web based steam account.www.wow-europe.com wrote:A few months ago, we unveiled the Battle.net account, our new way for players to log in to World of Warcraft and future Blizzard games, sign up for upcoming beta tests, shop the online Blizzard Store, and more with just one username and password. This was just the first step in the rollout of the brand-new Battle.net; in the future, players will be able to use Battle.net to participate in cross-realm chat in World of Warcraft, create real-life friends lists, communicate across different games, and a whole lot more.
In preparation for the launch of these new features, on November 12, 2009, all current World of Warcraft players will be required to merge their World of Warcraft accounts with a Battle.net account in order to log in to the game. As our way to say “thanks” for taking a moment to go through the process, existing World of Warcraft accounts that upgrade to Battle.net (including those that have already switched over) will receive a brand-new penguin in-game pet -- check for him in your in-game mailbox later this week. Starting on November 12, all World of Warcraft players will need to log in to the game using a Battle.net username and password, and anyone who wishes to create a new World of Warcraft account will need to start with a Battle.net account.
Creating a Battle.net account is simple and free. To merge your existing account with a Battle.net account, visit https://eu.battle.net/account/managemen ... ersion.xml. For more info, check out the Battle.net site or read the FAQ.
