EA sports Rygby 2008, HELP

Post by doom5003 »

I have installed EA Rugby 2008 on my pc, Vista 32bit, but every time I try to save my profile a error displays that, EA Rugby 2008 was unable to save my profile. The game worked fine when I had XP 32bit and my friend runs his rugby just fine and I think he also has Vista.
PLZ I need help.
I have google my problem and it seems I am not the only1 with the problem, But I cant find a solution.

go to the folder where it wants to save the profile and right click the folder. Then go to rights and take ownership of the folder. By default administrator has ownership of it and the app can not write there.

conceivably you'd have to start the game as administrator (right click on the exe and select "run as administrator"), though i'm not sure that i've ever experienced this problem with the game myself.

I tried that admin start but nothing changes. And the game is supposed to save in my doc. but it doesn’t. And I have saved a lot of other games to my doc without any problem.
Any other ideas
