LG KU990 Viewty

Post by Dragoneyes »

Hi all,

I have got the LG KU990. The phone switches itself off randomly and you have to take out the battery and replace it to be able to switch the phone back on.

Any of you have the same issue or maybe a solution for it?

Thanks

I have this phone too, and while it's an awesome phone, it's given me nothing but sh*t. In my case the touch screen has stopped working twice already and been replaced once. Your best bet is to take it in to your service provider for a warranty repair. Vodacom and MTN have 2 year warranties, so you should be in luck. May be useful to insist that it is an intermittent problem - that will get them to test it more thoroughly.
