What does your event viewer say ?
I assume its Windows Server 2003 ?

The all might be depending on a Service that crashes all the time and because of that all of your mentioned services stop.

Right click them, select properties and click the dependencies tab.
And try to find a common dependency service amongst all of them.

Check the event viewer if it complains about a service related to your problem.

Sorry your problem is bit vauge for a person that dont have access to the machine its difficuilt to resolve.
