It's been a while since I had to ask for help
anyways, right tot the issue, I have about 10 services that stop at intervals that appear completely random, anyways the trouble started a about a week after I installed WSUS 3.1 on that box... anyone ever had this problem ? any Ideas on how to fix it... solving this wouldbe much appreciated... thanks

What services exactly? Are they set to Automatic?

4. help and support
5. logical disk manager
6. messenger
7. routing and remote access
8. secondary login
9. server
10. shell hardware detection
11. task scheduler
12. workstation

What does your event viewer say ?
I assume its Windows Server 2003 ?
The all might be depending on a Service that crashes all the time and because of that all of your mentioned services stop.
Right click them, select properties and click the dependencies tab.
And try to find a common dependency service amongst all of them.
Check the event viewer if it complains about a service related to your problem.
Sorry your problem is bit vauge for a person that dont have access to the machine its difficuilt to resolve.
