Nah man, you are much better than me... I just get lucky every now and then

But tonight was awesome... didnt have to go hunting for people, every where you looked there was someone to go for... In the last 2 minutes you had 159 and i was on 161.... till i managed to kill you twice then i got a big enough lead for the time remaining... Goodness me, i love this game

Sorry Prime, I had to go, My dad has been bugging me to do something for him and he wsn't planning on waiting any more

I have got my mobo back

Now I just need to get close enough to it to actually use it. Kids are all over the poor machine. Somebody mail me instructions as to what I need to do to join you.

Er, instructions are on the front page. You need to install fear 1.7 (its on the august 2006 pcf disk) and download the patch for 1.8 from the link on the front page. Download hslw and install that too. It just makes life easier.

Ok - tried and failed. I'm running HLSW - I've got the latest FEAR Combat patched and I've got teh SGS DM server on my custom list. But when I try to connect to the game, I get a "Forward Forward" error? WTF?

Yes, i get that too. and i can't figure it out.

What connection are you using Poffadder?

the work around is to right down the IP and open Fear. then go to multiplayer and somewhere at the bottom should be a tab where you can add IP. i think its favourites.

Enter your IP and clikc ok and the Server pops up.

Now its saved under your favourites.

It's got something to do with HLSW not being able to start FEAR through the executable - are you guys using Comodo firewall by any chance?
