I wanted to know... Who has bought from Sybaritic before? How reliable are they because of the fact that they do not hold stock and that you have to order it from them...

I also don't understand what they mean when they say they are not vat registered... Ne help?

i order from them all the time.

They are very efficient and the dudes on the info email address are very knowledgable.

my stuff always arrives within 4 days even if i chose the slowest/cheapest delivery.

Just don't use your credit card, rather do internet transfer cos there's a surcharge if you use credit cards.

i highly recommend them

It just means that they can't charge you VAT because they aren't VAT-registered with the Receiver of revenue (there's an annual turnover-limit above which a business has to register for VAT - about R350,000 per annum in sales - something like that).

Don't worry about it - it makes it a little cheaper (if they're not rip-offs) than you otherwise would have paid.
