1: remove case cover
2. take perspex square and drill holes in each corner of square with 10ml bit gently.
3.On inside of case cover use the perspex square as a stencil to draw a square border. Use the holes in the corners to mark holes for mounting the perspex and drill holes in these spots on your cover.
4. draw a fancy outline within the boundaries of the square and not intersecting the perspex mounting holes.
5. cut this fancy shape out using a jigsaw.
6. mount the perspex over your new window you've created , if the holes are to small - then make them bigger!
7. IF you wanna be unique, instead of using Screws to mount the perspex, use LED's ,Glue and bigger holes to mount the perspex in the four corners...at your own risk - if you don't know how to wire up four LED's - i wont tell you![/color]
8. Replace case cover..
9. Take pics with your cellphone.
10. Submit these pics to the PCF forums as you guys always do!
11. Don't forget to mention "Inspired by RiD1"

hey look in the phone book, i got a piece from Mazie Plastics. I spoke to the guy there and he said perspex/plexiglass is not the best.SwIfTy wrote:ye thats all nice but where would i buy a sheet of perspex
1) can be quite expensive compared to other materials
2) compared to other materials, it chips easier
what i bought was called acroglass, it sells for about R 120 per meter squared (2 mm) and R 210 for 4 mm. it also does not chip as easy.
