CAPE TOWN MEAT!!! (pun intended dammit!)

Post by phr0ggi »

Okay I apologise if this has been posted before but MR GREEN ( ) assures me that he used the search function and came up empty handed (that he has no hands is immaterial to this discussion and as such I will thank you to say no more about it).

Anyway...

Thing is...

To be blunt...

Without beating around the bush...

To make a long story short...

When do the CT members have a meet? I know we're generally a bunch of apathetic poseurs, but I would actually like to meet my fellow PCF'ers (PCF''er...no it still looks dodge - "Hi. I'm phr0ggi and I'm a PCF'er...no don't run away...I meant F'er as in 'Forum'er' ").

I attended a NAG (*spits on ground, makes evil-eye sign*) meet and it was rather enjoyable. Peppermint Dom Pedros and some interesting conversations....

So whaddayasay?

We had a meet in Cape Town about 18 months ago! Only six of us attended but they were six of the very best, the difficulty was in arranging a day, or evening, rather. Some of the Cape Town guys pics are in the gallery, although I do not see what difference it makes, we are all good people. There is Lancelot, Leigh, brabham, simmy, and a few others, I would have to go look again to make sure!
So if you want a meet, post here with your ideas!

Hey i am keen. just say when and where. If people need transport from the Kenilworth area to where we would meet, can help with that.

I will try and persuade brabham, simmy and some others! I live in Claremont and could also help with transport. Ther is a good place in Kenilworth called Bananna and Jam, prices are OK, fully lisenced and smoking.

I would prefer a week night if possible, weekends are hectic! But come with the ideas!

I would be keen to come along to one, but it would depend heavily on when/what else I have planned/the phase of the moon :P Like Lance says, it's very difficult to organise a time that suits everyone. Banana Jam is an awesome place tho :P

I'll be there, but only once Duke Nukem Forever has been released. Until then I'll just carry on sulking and whining.

I miss Duke Nukem. Forever is a long time.
