Whats this error mean?

Some times when I try posting something I get this message what does it mean? the wierd thing is that its only started happening today.

Just happened to me when I posted onto the "Jokes" topic! Tried three times, only to find that it did indeed post all three times! Asked Cameron to have a look! So there I was with all these posts and no way to delete, did edit though, a joke in itself!

Dont know what it means, but sometimes when I submit, and the error comes up, I just click back, back and refresh and it posted, dont click submit more than ones!

edit: got it just now!

I dont know, I turned on debugging mode so I could get a proper error and it stopped happening. I'll check my logs but I think that maybe the system couldnt send mails.
