Jump To: link doesn't work

The Jump To: link on the bottom-right of the page doesn't work for me, is anybody else having this problem? I have found on other forums that it is so much easier to use that quick link.

When I click on a location from there it goes to another page that states "Sorry, you can't access this file directly...". And that's it.

Cameron, any suggestions?
