my dads laptop wont let me install anything saying i am not an administrator but he is

any help would be gratefully accepted
My friends think i need a life. What do you think?

Em....
1. Ask him to remove restictions on your account....
2. Ask him for his password....

Both methods are viable, though you will probably achieve more success with the first method.... :wink:

Damn you dont have too much of a good opinion regarding your pap's intelligence.... :?

Though yes, you will probably struggle cracking those 6+character SAM files....

So let me get this straight...you have aseperate username (login) from your paps..? In that case, you need to ask him to remove restrictions on your account....as I said earlier...

when i go to users it registers hisaccount in the administrators group btw he is running 2000

is the account on a domain or on the local machine?
