Hi there,
I have a client running Groupwise v.12 on a Windows 7 Enterprise machine.
He created an appointment and sent it to the appropriate people.
However, when he tries to view the properties of that appointment in his sent items, he can't, it needs some sort of .tmp file.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Re: Groupwise problem
Not used that version but we had a similar problem previously:

When attempting to see the properties of a GroupWise message you are prompted to download the file GW}00001.TMP
Solution:
This is related to an issue with Microsoft XML.
A few ways to resolve the issue:
Register MSXML4 DLL: run regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\msxml4.dll
Install MSXML 4.0 SP2

If you’re deploying GroupWise with ZEN, update the GroupWise MSI to install the redistributable MSXML4 SP2.
Using Admin Studio editor open the GroupWise MSI
Under Redistributables select MSXML4 SP2 for XP and 2k if needed.
Save your MSI
