Hi there, not sure if someone can help me or advise me on the following:
Running Windows 8 Pro, not a problem. Have a good system and all going very well. Sound card is a Creative Soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS Platinum Pro (also still works very well).
Now, the issue I have is that I set my sound settings in the windows sound settings (control panel/sound/speakers/property) there I adjust my tone (bass and treble settings) and my balance settings (front, surround, centre, sub, etc).
The problem I have is that whenever I restart my pc these settings revert back to some other (I assume default) settings. Base and treble to centre and the sound levels for the speakers to random settings.
Is there a way of setting these settings so that they remain at the set settings (perhaps in the registry), or what can I do in order to keep my settings (levels I am of course not concerned as I change the volume at times, but the relationship/levels between the various speakers is never correct after restart).
Any help and assistance with this will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Gunther
