Hey
I would like to try out the Android Project in July 2012 issue but after following the link :android-x86.moonman.dk
I'm not really sure which ISO is the one i should get to start off with i.e Android 2.2. I'm guessing its the latest build under generic? Just want to make sure before i start downloading.
thanks in advance!
Android on your PC
Re: Adroid on your PC
Latest under generic will be fine.
Make sure to backup all data on the hard drive you will use.
Also, do NOT try a multiboot partition if you are new to this.

If you cant make it work, just wait for Windows8
You can install that built-for-a-different-platform OS on your PC and enjoy what will I'm sure be an equal amount of frustration

Re: Android on your PC (vm)
Hi there,
Before I waste my time, would it be possible to install android on to a vm using oracle's virtualbox?
The reason that I ask is I don't want to add another os to my boot list unless I know I'm going to use it. I am already booting windows XP, vista, 7, 2000 and linux 12.04.. 12.04 thanks to july issue
