Even though my PSU is about 3 years old?
And "should" doesnt sound like the best replay to give when it comes to possible PSU failure ect.

The 750GX has 4x 6pin connectors, 2 of which are also 8pins. While not 570gtx it could handle 560ti SLI without any problems. A PSU calculator would be a good coarse of action. I don't know the 570gtx power draw and I don't know what your i7 requires with it being overclocked at 3.8ghz.
So let's take the highest value from a 2011 board with its cpu overclocked to 4.8ghz. That should be 200W for the board and cpu. The 580gtx needs 244W. Thats 500W there. So your looking at around 700W usage. 700W / 80% = 875W is you really want to be safe. But again your looking at a 570gtx, not a 580gtx, and I don't know what draw your cpu is doing.
