Today I've ordered my OCZ Agility 3 240gb ssd because the 128gb kingston just isnt cutting it for the amount of data steam is currently holding. But even so in the forseable 3 months I can expect that even the extra 100gb will be filled to the brim with the years onslaught of games.
And it just so happens that the September issue features an article on these modern marvels. After my research online I've come to the conclusion that the extra money isnt worth spending on the Vertex as the difference is small in comparrison. But after reading the article I feel almost sad that I chose the agility over the vertex. At a few rands more the pointed out uncompressed data might just have been the scale tipping everything to the vertex side.
As I said almost because I think after the article some local suppliers read that article and dropped the agilities price while stacking it onto the vertex. The agility 3 is now going for nearly R4k and the vertex 3 for almost R6k. Maybe PCF has too much swaying power in the local market
I haven't had time to read the entire mag. I've been too busy playing Deus Ex HR to spend more time on other stuff. Is this the second time that a game received 96? Deus Ex in 2000 received an 96 also didnt it?

The coverdisk features the latest installment of Mount & Blade.
Word of warning - it's virtually unplayable until you've downloaded the latest patch (~50Mb) from the TaleWorlds website.

A surprising amount of modern pseudoscience is coming out of the environmental sector. Perhaps it should not be so surprising given that environmentalism is political rather than scientific.
