I proudly proclaim that I do buy stuff from online distribution in regions other than SA. And I do so saying SA has no viable delivery structure. I'm buying stuff from the US PSN, I'm buying stuff from UK XBL, I'm setting up my main location as UK or EU for any and all account purposes.
What is SA's stance on region licensing? Or should we just say screw it and accept everything as UK/EU based?

Their stance would most likely be flat footed, feet apart and slightly bent at the knee...
If you can get it cheaper elsewhere why not. Buying it legitimately ensures that the people who made the product see some cash - regardless of where in the world you actually bought it, so it's all good in my book.
