In the last couple of weeks they’ve bumped PC release dates on their last two games (Call Of Juarez and From Dust) just days before release – rather spitting in the eye of pre-order customers. And now they’ve now ensured that those looking forward to playing Driver: San Francisco can distract themselves with the knowledge that it will carry Ubisoft’s loathed DRM that requires you always be online to play both single- and multiplayer.

Well I have said it once and will say it again. I will never buy a Ubisoft product again until they change their policies on PC users...
JUSTICE, n A commodity which is a more or less adulterated condition the State sells to the citizen as a reward for his allegiance, taxes and personal service.

Actually not. I wanted to buy the farcry and prince of persia franchise packs from steams summer camp specials but because of ubisofts history decided to simply remember the games for what they were instead of giving money to a company that clearly lost it.Monty wrote:And...........

On that level I should say I am concerned. Gamers "vote" with their wallets. The problem is publishers are buying developers left right and center so when a game finally does come out that you want it might as well be part of that hated publishers list.
But I thought ubi did away with online drm?
