Microsoft and Google are engaged in jointly suing an apparent patent troll in a case that was filed on 1 March this year. GeoTag Inc. has sued close to 400 companies in the past for alleged infringement of their geolocation patent. Google and Microsoft are seeking an injunction preventing GeoTag Inc. from suing any more of their respective customers
