The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) plans on reviewing free-to-play titles that offer in-application microtransactions, mostly centered around products available on Apple devices. The move comes after complaints that children were running up thousands of dollars in transactions on their parent’s credit cards

Maybe they should investigate the DLC model with complaints that children are not only playing Call of Duty but buying the map packs with their parent's credit cards.
