3d Mark 11 .netFramework error.

Hi,

I have really frustrating error message i get when i try to launch 3d Mark 11 (v1.01).
The error message states that i need to install the latest version of .net framework which is v4.0.

I already downloaded .net framework cleaning tool to remove all the versions i have so that i can install fresh new ones, but no luck(used "dotnetcheck" to see if all versions are installed). Downloaded Microsoft security updates for .netframework but still no luck!
Tried these two fixes:

but didn't help either.

If someone perhaps know what the cause of this error can be, please help out!
